clean hotel, welcoming staff, marvellous location in the middle of jackson. well decorated and reasonably spacious room with exceptionally comfortable bed and climate control and a personal safe. a bath in the bathroom. honestly no reason to complain.

The room was well decorated and clean. It had a shower and bath sheets. Good location - a short walk to a comfortable museum and the town center, as well as the beach and town center. Enjoyed tea and goodies at Caffe Sotto Sopra, which is only 1 mile from the hotel.

What an amazing stay, nothing too much trouble. Comfortable and incredibly beautiful hotel located adjacent to the town center, Fortama Beach, and a comfortable museum. - Tastefully decorated, super room with a private bathroom and bath sheets. - the staff were very good and helped us with free parking. - Great location not too far from Watamu Bay Ora Resort. - Decent and appetizing food for breakfast.

The staff here are always friendly and welcoming with big smiles 😊. the beds are super comfy and they have climate control to keep you just right. Plus, each room has a personal safe for your peace of mind. the food is delicious and top-notch in quality.

The hotel exceeded my high expectations. My room was tastefully decorated. - Having a tub in the bathroom was a plus. - the location was central, close to both the beach and the town center. - I enjoyed popping into Caffe Sotto Sopra for pastries, which was within walking distance of the hotel.
